my number keyboard except 5 and 6 is not working. what i need to do? i already try this method [device manager-keyboard-uninstall device-update driver] but my problem not solve. what should i do?

Borrow a full size USB keyboard and see if the number pad works OK
If it also fails then problem with driver or windows. Post back here for additional instrucitons
If it works then go here and check your warranty

If in warranty get it replaced

If not in warranty consider getting a USB number pad such as
depending on your budget you can have it repaired
1) Click on this link -

2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web form and proceed further.
