HP All-in-One - 24-g014 (Touch) (ENERGY STAR)

I cannot find a supplier with my replacement screen; is there a way I can order it through HP?

You will have to disassemble the unit to verify the part number and manufacturer of the LCD panel

Video here applies to both touch and lcd.

I made a guess of V8P87AA for your product ID. If I am wrong then change it in below parts list  url

https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=V8P87AA

The above parts list shows there are 6 "LCD Panels" and 1 "touch"

It appears the part you need is 862857-002 and available at eBay

However, all those panels are made in Asia.  If you disassemble the unit look for LG or Samsung part number and try Aliexpress

for example https://www.google.com/search?q=aliexpress++LM238WF1

note that some panels are not touch and are much cheaper.

You can always run an HDMI cable from the AIO to a TV set.

If you install splashtop on the AIO you can access the AIO from smartphone or tablet.

I recommend the TV and tablet

If you do buy a replacement screen make sure it has all the parts needed and the nomenclature matches.
