Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

I understand that your HP device is powering on but there is no display on the screen.

To assist you further, could you please provide the exact model number of your HP device and confirm the following:

  • Are any power LEDs  indication?
  • Do you hear the fan spinning or any startup sounds?
  • Is the screen completely black, or do you see a faint image, HP logo, or error message?
  • Have you tried connecting the device to an external monitor?
  • Did the issue begin after an update, hardware change, or any specific event?

Please also share any observations regarding blinking LED patterns or beep codes, as this information will help us identify the cause of the issue and recommend the appropriate troubleshooting steps.
