I haven't been able to update my windows because it says I need to contact the manufacturer to fix it. But I didn't really care about it because it was still working. But a few days ago, my laptop had stopped working. For example, after turning on my laptop for like 15 min later it would shut down by showing me a blue screen error and I would have had to restart my laptop every time. and the same thing happens over and over. Therefore, I'm not able to use my laptop at the moment. I was wondering if you could help me out with this issues asap.
Thank you!

Do you remember what EXACTLY was the message ? Probably something to do with BIOS. My suggestion
- Update BIOS from https://support.hp.com/au-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-spectre-15-ch000-x360-convertible-pc/16779588
- Create Windows 10 installation media from https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10
- Install Windows 10 using media above and remember tick to keep all users data/files
- Run Windows 10 updates few times (not in one go).
Regards.
