@USTINOV777, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Omen 35l G16
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

It sounds like the RGB lighting on your Omen 35L G16 coolers stopped working after a reboot, while the fans themselves are still spinning. Here are some troubleshooting steps to fix this issue:

1. Check the OMEN Gaming Hub Software

  • Open OMEN Gaming Hub on your PC.
  • Navigate to Lighting Control and check if the RGB settings are still configured correctly.
  • Try changing the lighting mode or color to see if the lights respond.
  • If the software isn’t detecting the RGB, restart the application or reinstall it.

2. Restart the PC & Perform a Power Cycle

  • Shut down your computer.
  • Unplug it from the power source.
  • Hold the power button for 30 seconds to discharge any residual power.
  • Plug it back in and turn it on to check if the RGB works again.

3. Check the RGB Connections

  • Open the PC case carefully.
  • Locate the RGB header where the coolers are connected to the motherboard or an RGB controller.
  • Ensure that all cables are firmly plugged in.

4. Reinstall or Update the OMEN Gaming Hub

  • Go to Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a program and remove OMEN Gaming Hub.
  • Download the latest version from the HP website and reinstall it.
  • After installation, restart your PC and check the RGB settings.

5. Update the BIOS and Drivers

  • Visit HP’s official support page and check for any firmware updates for your Omen 35L.
  • Install any available BIOS, chipset, or RGB controller updates.

6. Reset BIOS Settings (If Recent Update Caused the Issue)

  • Restart your PC and enter the BIOS (usually by pressing F10 during startup).
  • Look for an RGB or lighting control option and ensure it’s enabled.
  • If the problem started after a BIOS update, try resetting BIOS to default settings.

If none of these steps work, there might be a hardware issue with the RGB controller.

Let me know if you need help with any step! 😊

Take care, and have an amazing day!
