black horizontal line is formed on the screen and it is increasing.

Please check in the BIOS and let me know if you see those black lines

 

Shut down the Notebook and upon restarting keep hitting on F10 till you see the System Configuration Menu ( BIOS )

 

If you see those lines in BIOS, please contact HP Support for Service Options
