The open window I am working in is automatically minimizing when the mouse cursor is moved to the lower right hand corner of the screen. This just started recently, I am assuming it is a setting, but I do not know where/how to reset.

@KMoe -- that is a feature of the Windows desktop -- move the mouse-pointer to the bottom-right corner of the screen to hide all the "open" Windows, and to display the Windows "Desktop" (icons and short-cuts).
You can disable this feature, by moving the mouse-pointer to an "empty" space in the bottom row of the screen, and clicking with the second (usually the right-side) mouse-button, and clicking to disable this feature.
