hi sorry i have a problem with a hp elite 800 g4 on the right parts of the diplay the backlight is off obscured, i have an image when display the problem: https://postimg.cc/4ngRqQfF

i have tried to change a display but the problem not resolve, you have an idea to repair the problem?

the backlight cable It looks good, could it be the problem?

Huh?, sorry but my gibberish decoder ring is on the fritz

 

so you will have to repost using a description that us normal folk can understand

 

in other words i have absolutely no idea what you are talking about other than you have a HP 800 G4 system with some sort of issue that might be hardware or OS based
