Product: hp all in one 20 c023w
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

i've been having trouble connecting my ps4 to my pc through hdmi (hp 20-c023w). ive looked up the issue on google and most of the sites have told me to restart my pc or, press a button then switch the video source of the pc, i do not have any button other then the power

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

 

There are very few HP All-in-Ones that accept HDMI Input, and from what I could find out, the ones that do have TWO HDMI jacks on the back, one for Input and one for Output.

 

Yours does not, so my presumption is that your model does not accept HDMI Iput.
