Product: HP All-in-One - 24-e088cy

Have problem with my All-In-One desk top, Screen has two half circle in both top corner on the left side the mouse pointer 

rest inside the half circle. all use all the diagnostic tools they say all is fine .  anyone help will be appreciated.
