hello, my hp victus has recently started restarting on its own very suddenly, and its super quick, to the point that i can't read the text at the bottom, all i can see is "video". my laptop also freezes some parts of the screen sometimes, like i can still scroll but a part of it is frozen and it takes a few seconds to fix itself. can you help me identify the cause? this laptop is fairly new (i got it this january) and its my first laptop ever, im scared that ive broke something :(((

Sounds like a GPU or driver crash. Update your graphics and chipset drivers using HP Support Assistant. Check Event Viewer for critical “Kernel-Power 41” errors when it restarts. Also watch your CPU and GPU temperatures with HWMonitor. If it’s stable in Safe Mode, it’s most likely a driver issue, not hardware.
