Just got this system 2 days ago. Apparently there is no sound related to this monitor. I'll have to buy speakers? I haven't had a desktop system in many years. Where would I plug in speakers? I've looked at the back of the monitor. Don't see any type of connection. Please help me!

Hi:
Yes, you need to purchase a set of PC speakers and they plug into the back of the PC tower, not the monitor.
Here is the link to the motherboard section of your PC and the ports are labeled as to where things hook up to.
You would plug the speaker jack into the port labeled as #8.
Figure : Nutmeg-P Back I/O ports
- DC power input
- USB 3.0
- USB 2.0: 2
- LAN
- DVI-D
- VGA

- Audio: Microphone port (pink)
