HP Recommended

I can successfully log in to my windows. But the dekstop screen does not appear. It is black with a mouse (which is able to move) with a loading sign near it. I tried the task manager solution but it did not work. I have waited for an hour for the screen to appear but it did not. 

I tried force shut down but that too did not work. 

This is how the screen appears after signing in to my windows.
