Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my touch screen isn't working.,,
when I run the HP diagnostic tool it responds smoothly, but when in Windows, nothing happens.

already tried. installing older driver.
in the about section touchscreen isn't available for this computer

any ideas?
