HP touchSmart 7320
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i was under the assumption that if the all in one pc had touchsmart in the name it was a touchsmart  i bought a HP touchSmart 7320  it was a touchSmart PC  but it does not work and i have followed all the info i can find , i now just realized that there is no button on the right side to push can anyone explain how to really check this out i bought this for a disabled child and it will work great if its a touch screen   im lost any help would be greatly appreciated

if it is a touchsmart, indeed the screen must be touch-sensitive if that is the question
I find this model:
HP TouchSmart Elite 7320 All-in-One PC

But this type of computer would be quite old 2012
So if it was purchased second hand, it may be damaged, or the previous user has to install another, unsupported operating system, or a problem with the drivers.
If you can return it, do it, get your money back!
