I can' find a tv tuner card

From its specs, the TV tuner card is

 

  • Interface: PCI Express mini card
  • Supports digital DVB-T transmission standard

That means it is INSIDE the machine. This is a very old machine, did you buy it from brand new ?

Yes. I've had it from new. Upgraded to Windows 10 and tuner was incompatible. I now want to reset to original to sell but recovery disk 1 is now damaged. I have Windows 7 and 8.1 but I can't  get the TV card driver anywhere.
