First, try restarting your laptop to see if that resolves the issue. Next, check if the USB drivers on your laptop are up to date. You can go to Device Manager and look for any issues under "Universal Serial Bus controllers." If there's an error, try updating or reinstalling the drivers.
You can also try to power drain the laptop by turning it off, unplugging it, and holding down the power button for 30 seconds before turning it back on.
Lastly, verify if the USB hub is receiving the correct power and ensure its compatibility.
