Is it an HP 15-FD0366TU machine ? Its specs
It ONLY has 1 hopeless USB Type-C 5Gbps signaling rate (supports data transfer only and does not support charging or external monitors) port which does NOT support Alt mode nor Power Delivery. You can NOT use it to
- Charge your machine,
- Connect to an external monitor with/without hub/dock/adapter
(Note: it is NOT compatible with any USB-C docks).
If you wish to connect 2 external monitors (only-total 3), you can use
- Monitor 1: HDMI direct cable,
- Monitor 2: Using a Displaylink Certified USB-A to HDMI adapter such as

Did I say it is NOT compatible with any USB-C docks, please do not spend your time and money to go for something won't work.

Good Morning, just letting you know that after another 1.5 hours in a Harvey Norman store yesterday. It is finally sorted. i purchased a Targus - Versalink Dual video Travel docking station which does attach via the USB C Dock and It works!!

That't good to know, thanks. That dock may have built-in DisplayLink chip. Please let people know what is its model/product. I may test it and report the outcome.
