Hi
i have recently purchased HP Pavilion All-in-One 24-xa0xxx, to be able to Work from Home .
It has one HDMI out port which i have used to connect to one external monitor
i have a second external monitor with VGA and HDMI compatibility, i have tried 3 different usb c to VGA adaptors .
my pc does not recognize anyone of these USB c adaptors and cant detect the second external monitor
( the monitor works when i connect it directly using hdmi cable ). does anyone know how to resolve this issue
any drivers i could download

I suspect the adapter is not compatible with the USB port on that PC. You could try a different adapter such as this
These have proven to work very reliably.
I'm not an HP employee.
