Can I change the input for my HP all in one PC 24 dp to another device, to use the all in one as a monitor? how?

Hi @troubleshootB 

 

Only PCs with HDMI-IN port can be used as monitor, if you have only one HDMI port it is probably HDMI-OUT and can only send image.
