Your system specifications show you have built in graphics:  HD 4200 by AMD.

You also have a 300 watt power supply.  That is possibly insufficient for modern graphic boards and  MAY need to be upgraded

 

Go here to see the performance of your HD 4200

Scroll the windows on the right and pick out a video board such as (for example) the GTX-1050 TI

That board requires a minimum of 250 watts and does NOT require a power connector.

Possibly it may work on your system.  Good luck finding one.  The last one I bought was fake and I was lucky to get a refund.

Hi, @gravick 

 

On most if not all HP consumer class desktop PC's, in order to install a Nvidia graphics card newer than one of the GT(X) 6xx models, or AMD Radeon HD 6xxx models, your PC needs to have a BIOS version 8.1x or newer.

 

I doubt your PC has a BIOS revision that new.
