When I try to run HP diagnostics, the testing for videos always says "cancelled" when I have not cancelled anything.  I'm trying to change my Windows Color settings to allow streaming in HDR, but I'm unable to change to preset "no"  nor can I diagnose the problem.  Any ideas?

Hi, I have an HP All in one Deskjet 2600, its about 2 years old now

My apologies but could you elaborate more on the issue and let me know what exactly is the problem?

 

You mentioned that you are trying to change the Windows Color settings to allow streaming in HDR, but you mentioned the product as HP All in one Deskjet 2600 printer
