My webcam on my all in one displays static red picture.  If I am on Zoom it will display my name & black screen when I turn off the video, but will not display video or picture of me.

If you post the model number of your computer we can see if this is an issue with your PC and if there is a fix on the HP support site for it(or an updated driver).

 

If not, then you may need to either remove the camera from the device manager and let Windows re-install it after a reboot, or uninstall your antivirus.

 

Depending on which antivirus you use you may be able to adjust the settings to allow for the cam, but the cam not working and being red is an indication of this.

 

There are quite a few causes but I'd start with these.
