Riddle_Decipher: It would be helpful if we did not mix up our references to "Connection Manager" and "Connection Optimizer", assuming there is a difference between to the two. 

 

In your first reply you refer to it as "HP Connection Optimizer (HP Sure Connect)", and in your second reply you state, "...HP Connection Manager also known as HP Sure Connect...".

 

The original post refers specifically to HP Connection Optimizer.  To which does your reply refer?

HP Connection Optimizer was my issue.  My connection dropped consistently every 1 minute 40 seconds for 7 seconds.  I uninstalled it and now I am good to go.
