I bought my monitor brand new Best Buy less than a year ago. When I first got it It would recognize my PS4 immediately as well as my PC and laptop with no problem then one day it just stopped recognizing any HDMI devices/consoles I connect it to. I’ve tried all the default troubleshooting practices I can find online but I cannot get the screen to kick over. Don’t get me wrong when it’s working it’s an absolutely amazing product I just wish I could get it to work consistently……..SOMEBODY PLEASE HELLLLLLLP!

if it worked perfectly, then suddenly stopped working, if you are still under warranty, you shouldn't wait until it's too late!
All I can advise if not already done, since it does not work with several devices, change the HDMI cable

still nothing, contact the reseller, or hp support
