screen flashes black intermittently and then intervals of flashing increases until restart.

Hi Mike,

 

Thanks for your reply.  This is an All in One computer so I have checked the power cable and have not been able to open up base to access video card.  I have  run the system diagnostic.  What do I do with the diagnostic?
