If you have CD it would either have a button or be a slot type that has no button
The DVD is optional and you may simply have a cover plate.
Bring up the device manager and look for an optical drive.
Use your serial number at the below site and see if an optical drive is listed

I recommend external USB-3 type DVD if you really want one. BlueRay on a USB-3 enclosure is also available but cost more.
