Hello, I bought an HP 230 wireless keyboard and mouse combo in February-23 at HP Online Store. It has stopped working (it says that the usb is not recognizable) and I have only been able to use it for two days. The serial number is not recognized on the HP website, so I can't get any support or replacement. Please advise?

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

I recommend removing and reinserting the connection dongle to ensure it's properly connected.

Make sure the device has a stable power supply. If not, try replacing the batteries and check if that resolves the issue.

Additionally, you can uninstall and reinstall the drivers to see if that helps fix the problem.
