BSOD happens quite often.  The stopcode error is Irql   notequal....

the problems detected is:  netr28x.sys error.

I think it is with the wireless Ralink network card.  Which I have uninstalled and installed a newer one, but that didn't solve the problem.  Is there anything else I can try?  Anyone know a newer adaptor to replace a Ralink RT5390r 802.11 b/g/n network card?

Hi:

You are correct.  It is a problem with the Ralink wifi driver and there is no fix that I know of.

I am actually very surprised the Ralink card is even showing up in the device manager.

Usually it disappears on the newer build releases of W10.

I am looking at the parts list for your PC and none of the cards listed seem to be good choices that will work on W10.

If your AIO PC has two antenna wires connected to the Ralink wifi card in there now, I recommend you give this wifi card a try...

Broadcom BCM4352 802.11ac 2x2 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 combo  HP part # 724935-001.

You should be able to find this model wifi card on eBay.  Search by the HP part #, not the model of the wifi card.

Below is the link to the service manual...
