You're very welcome.
Below is the link to the parts list for your PC.

Unless I am missing something, I only see a cable listed for the webcam.
The wifi/bluetooth adapter is the 3rd item from the bottom on the list.

Hi:
Yes, your PC originally came with built in Bluetooth networking.
See if this works...go to the device manager.
Click on the View tab at the top of the Device Manager window.
Select the 'Show hidden devices' option.
Now a light shaded Bluetooth device manager category should show up.
Right click on the Realtek Bluetooth 4.0 device listed there, select Uninstall and check the Uninstall driver box.
Restart the PC, and see if W10 reinstalls the driver and configures the Realtek BT adapter to show up normally again.
Then I recommend you update the BT driver to the latest version...

I found the Realtek Bluetooth 4.0 device in Devices Manager after I clicked on Show hidden devices option, checked the uninstall driver box and uninstalled it and restarted Windows 10, Version 2004, OS Build 19041.388. Now no information for Realtek Bluetooth shows up in Device Manager, View: Show Hidden Devices.

It's possible the Bluetooth hardware portion of the wifi card failed.
You may want to purchase a USB Bluetooth adapter if you need to use Bluetooth.

Thanks Paul. I am taking my computer into a computer repair shop tomorrow morning (Wednesday July 29th) to see if it can be repaired. The camera also quit working recently as well. Do you know what the name of the parts and parts numbers will be needed to fix the Bluetooth and camera?
