HP 20-E014 All_In-One
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've had to do a completely clean install of Windows 10 Home on my computer and my Bluetooth driver disappeared off the devices list. I went to HP support and downloaded all the drivers that go to my computer, exact model, etc., including the Realtek Bluetooth Driver. It was installed without problems or errors but when I rebooted my computer it still wouldn't show up even when I view all hidden devices in the device manager. What I can do it and How I can find the right driver.

Hi:

The product specs for your PC indicate that it only comes with a single band Wi-Fi adapter, not a single band combination Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapter.

HP 20-e014 All-in-One Desktop PC Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support

There is no Bluetooth hardware present, which is why you see no Bluetooth device manager category.

The parts list for your PC confirms this as the model Wi-Fi adapter your PC has is the Realtek RTL8188EE Wi-Fi adapter.

HP PartSurfer

Specs on the Wi-Fi adapter.

RTL8188EE - REALTEK

The easiest thing to do to add Bluetooth networking to your PC would be to purchase a USB Bluetooth adapter.
