Product: HP Desktop PC M01-F1000a (2W898AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I tried all of the tips in virtual assistant troubleshooting but i cant connect my tws earbuds, it works with other devices, and i have been experiencing issues, cant pair different bluetooth devices on my pc, i cant connect speakers, controllers, nothing, it started not working after i fresh installed windows 11.

How did you install windows 11?  Did you use the cloud recovery?

Cloud recovery would have all of the HP drivers, but it might give you Windows 10 instead of 11 depending on whether your system came with 10 or 11 from the factory.

 

If you bring up the windows device manager do you see any errors there?

Realtek driver Oct 2021 1l.9.1038.3003 can be downloaded here

I obtained it from HP and it is for win11 22h2 

 

if that does not work try this newer one
