Can you help please?
I have recently had a firmware update (2.7.0.0),
Since then I have not been able to pair my Bluetooth mouse or keyboard. I have put new batteries in both, turned my Bluetooth off and on but my PC just cannot see them anymore.
PC says all drivers up to date
I chatted with Microsoft support and they said reinstalling my Windows 11 Pro version 22H2 should fix it.... It Didn't
