I'm sorry to hear about the Bluetooth issues you're experiencing with your HP Victus. It sounds really frustrating, especially when you need a stable connection. Let's try to resolve this together.
Step 1: Disable Bluetooth Power Saving
- Press Windows + X and choose Device Manager.
- Expand Bluetooth.
- Right-click your Bluetooth adapter (usually called Realtek Bluetooth Adapter or Intel Wireless Bluetooth).
- Select Properties.
- Go to the Power Management tab.
- Uncheck the option:
Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
- Click OK and restart the laptop.
Step 2: Update Bluetooth Drivers
- In Device Manager, expand Bluetooth.
- Right-click your Bluetooth adapter.
- Select Update driver → Search automatically for drivers.
Step 3: Run Bluetooth Troubleshooter
- Go to Settings → System → Troubleshoot → Other troubleshooters.
- Find Bluetooth and click Run.
- Follow the prompts and see if Windows detects any issues.
Step 4: Reset Network & Bluetooth Settings
If the issue continues:
- Go to Settings → Network & internet → Advanced network settings.
- Click Network reset.
- Restart the laptop and reconnect Bluetooth devices.
