Does anyone know how I can update blue tooth 4.2 to 5.0 without changing the chipset?
I am trying to get my new headphones working which are ANC blue tooth version 5.0.

Hi:
Unfortunately, you would not be able to upgrade the internal wifi/bluetooth adapter to one with BT 5.0 unless you bought a desktop wifi conversion kit, because any wifi card that comes with BT 5.0 requires two antenna wires be connected to the wifi card, and your PC only has one.
Amazon.com: Intel Wi-Fi 6 (Gig+) Desktop Kit (AX200.NGWG.NV): Computers & Accessories
The easiest thing to do would be to install a USB BT 5.0 adapter.
