@BHAUMIK1, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

It sounds like your Bluetooth just stopped working on your HP laptop with a Ryzen 3 processor running Windows 11. Let’s go through some troubleshooting steps to help you get it back up and running:

Check if Bluetooth is Enabled

Go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.

If you don't see Bluetooth listed there, continue with the following steps.

Check Device Manager

Press Win + X and select Device Manager.

Look for Bluetooth in the list. If there’s a problem, you might see a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark next to it.

Right-click the Bluetooth device and select Update driver.

You can also try uninstalling the device and restarting your computer. Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver upon reboot.

Check Bluetooth Services

Sometimes Bluetooth services might get disabled.

Press Win + R, type services.msc, and hit Enter.

Scroll down to find Bluetooth Support Service, right-click on it, and choose Start (if it’s not already running). You can also set it to Automatic by right-clicking the service, selecting Properties, and setting Startup type to Automatic.

Run Bluetooth Troubleshooter

Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.

Find Bluetooth and click Run to diagnose and fix any issues automatically.

Check for Windows Updates

Sometimes a Windows update can resolve the issue.

Go to Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates and install any available updates.

Reinstall Bluetooth Drivers

In Device Manager, expand the Bluetooth section. Right-click on your Bluetooth adapter and choose Uninstall device.

Restart your computer, and Windows should automatically reinstall the Bluetooth driver.

BIOS Update

Refer to this guide to update the BIOS: HP Consumer Notebook PCs - Updating the BIOS (Basic Input Output System) (Windows) | HP® Support

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
