You're very welcome.
Here's the problem and I have what should be the solution to it.
We can't get the Broadcom Bluetooth driver to install because your PC has an Intel Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapter, and the HP parts list indicated your PC has a Broadcom Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapter.
The problem is further complicated because Intel and HP in their infinite wisdom, have removed all W10 Intel Bluetooth driver support for the model Intel Wi-Fi adapter your PC has.
Fortunately, five years ago I saved the Intel Bluetooth driver that Intel removed from their support site.
I have shared a link to my Skydrive folder which has the last Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers HP released for the Intel 7260.
Download, unzip and run the Bluetooth driver in the Intel 7260AC WiFi & Bluetooth Drivers.zip file.

Hi:
The parts list for your PC indicates that it comes with a Broadcom dual band wireless N card with Bluetooth.
This would be the correct Bluetooth driver for the Broadcom BCM943228HMB Wi-Fi adapter:
HP ENVY All-in-One - 23-k310nx Software and Driver Details
Windows 10 should have installed the driver automatically.

Hi:
Sorry that driver didn't work.
I wouldn't know how to get the driver from the old drive.
Can you go to the device manager and post the hardware ID for the Generic Bluetooth adapter that you would find under the Bluetooth device manager category if the driver isn't installed?
Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device:
