Few days before my laptop bluetooh worked properly. For the past few days the icon showing and it shows driver installed properly and there is no issue in installation, but i cannot connect the bluetooth devices.

Sasi1997_0-1727011424087.png

this loading screen only showing for an one hour even my other bluetooth device enabled vision to other devices.

I tried some ways to resolve it like uninstalla the driver and again reinstalling and installing drivers manually like these..

But i cannot resolve the issue. I took the laptop to one service center they also do the same uninstallation and restart procedure. They said any other software maybe restrict the connection. so i uninstalled the all installed softwares and try to connect that is also not working.

kindly share me  a solution to resolve this issue.

What device is causing the problem?  Some devices have a reset in addition to a paring button. Some Sony headsets require that the pairing button be held down for 7 full seconds before being released.

If the device worked before, then look for it in the Bluetooth list and delete every entry (if more than one).

Try the device on another system.  I had a small, inexpensive Bluetooth speaker that paired once, and when the battery went dead it never paired again even after a full charge.

if you are not using a USB cable to connect your smartphone to windows then you need the Phonelink app installed on the laptop and you need LinkToWindows installed on the phone (Android or iPhone)

Look and  see if the device is already listed. Click on the Bluetooth icon and then click on show Bluetooth devices.

If you see your headset then delete it and then try to pair as a new device.

Is bluetooth on?
