@vivaansingh, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If you are experiencing issues with the Bluetooth functionality on your HP Pavilion TP01 2244 Desktop Tower, follow these steps to diagnose and resolve the problem:

Check Device Manager:

  • Press Windows + X and select Device Manager.
  • Look for the Bluetooth section and check if the Bluetooth adapter is listed.
  • If you see a yellow exclamation mark or the adapter is missing, try updating or reinstalling the driver.

Update Bluetooth Drivers:

  • Visit the HP Support website and download the latest Bluetooth drivers for your specific desktop model.
  • Install the drivers and restart your computer.

Enable Bluetooth:

  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled. You can do this by clicking on the Start menu and going to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices.
  • Toggle the Bluetooth switch to On. If the switch is not available, it might indicate an issue with the Bluetooth driver or hardware.

Run Bluetooth Troubleshooter:

  • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
  • Select Bluetooth and run the troubleshooter to identify and fix any issues.

BIOS Settings:

  • Restart your computer and enter the BIOS/UEFI settings (usually by pressing F10 or Esc during startup).
  • Check if Bluetooth is enabled in the BIOS settings.

Check for Windows Updates:

  • Ensure your Windows operating system is up to date by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and checking for updates.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
