Adsitionaly can try these steps:

Step 1: Uninstall the Current Driver

Open Device Manager:

• Right-click the Start menu and select Device Manager.

Locate the Bluetooth Adapter:

• Expand the Bluetooth section.
• Right-click on your Ralink Bluetooth PCIe adapter and select Uninstall device.

Reboot Your Laptop:

• Restart your notebook. Windows should automatically attempt to reinstall the driver.
