When I start my Bluetooth, It keeps on searching and is not able to find any devices nearby. I updated all the Bluetooth drivers for this PC which were available on the HP support website. I have tried every possible way to make this work. I also changed the Windows OS from 8.1 to 10. Bluetooth is still not working. Kindly help. It seems hardware related problem.
Thanks in advance.

Hi @AJAY-KUMAR
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to help you with the Bluetooth issue.
Please try these steps - HP PCs - Troubleshooting a Bluetooth Connection
If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this.
Have a great day!

No. Above solution is not working. As already mentioned, I have tried most of the ways. Even changed the OS.
One observation, I can provide is that Bluetooth stopped working I guess after, I removed Linux from this PC. Initially, I had dual-booted this device for other purposes.
In case you find any solution, please comment,
PS : HP services are the worst.
