@Lleuadwen, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with your Bluetooth keyboard after the Windows 11 update. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Run the Bluetooth Troubleshooter:

  • Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
  • Find and run the Bluetooth troubleshooter.

Update Bluetooth Drivers:

  • Open Device Manager.
  • Expand the Bluetooth section.
  • Right-click on your Bluetooth adapter and select Update driver.
  • Choose Search automatically for drivers.

Reinstall Bluetooth Drivers:

  • In Device Manager, right-click on your Bluetooth adapter and select Uninstall device.
  • Restart your PC. Windows should automatically reinstall the Bluetooth drivers.

Check Bluetooth Services:

  • Press Win + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
  • Ensure that the Bluetooth Support Service is running and set to Automatic.

Reset Bluetooth Devices:

  • Remove all paired Bluetooth devices from Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
  • Re-pair your keyboard.

BIOS Update:

  • Check if there's a BIOS update available for your HP Pavilion All-in-One PC on the HP Support website.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
