came with bluetooth dongle in 2014. Mouse still works but keyboard stopped working. Replaced batteries, light on numbers button works so it has power but won’t connect like mouse does. Pushed connect button, if that is a button, but nothing works. Just stopped one morning. Any ideas how to repair? Thanks - mark

sorry, i have a doubt
if there is a usb dongle, probably not Bluetooth
if so, i would say try another Bluetooth keyboard, but it probably won't work with this dongle
if the keyboard does not work with new batteries, no improvement with the connect buttons, and or on / off if it is then possible that it is damaged
In case or try it with another computer if possible
check if another keyboard with its dongle works on this computer
