Bluetooth missing

Hi 

I have HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-b040qe CTO. I lost Bluetooth recently. I downloaded the Realtek and Broadcom drivers from HP website and still the Bluetooth is not showing in Device Manager. 

Any help will be appreciated.

• When was the last time it worked fine?
• Have you made any hardware/software changes?

Thanks were responding. It stopped working a few months ago

I did not make any software or hardware changes. Bluetooth is not showing in Device manager. I downloaded the drivers from HP website but it is still not showing.

Thank you for posting back.

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. 

Let's uninstall the Bluetooth device:

• Open Device Manager, and then click the arrow next to Bluetooth to view the currently installed devices.
• 
• In Device Manager, right-click the device you are trying to pair, and then click Uninstall device.
• On the confirmation screen, click Uninstall. The device is removed from the list.
• Restart the computer to reset any wireless connections.
• Try to pair.
