Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

After I did the latest windows update the bluetooth on my desktop can no longer be detected.

I have a HP Pavilion All-in-one 24-b217c.

I checked device manager and checked the 'show hidden devices' and no bluetooth shows up. Even after installing the bluetooth drivers available through the hp support assistant the bluetooth functionality is not detected.

Can someone please help me?

Thank you

The specs of your machine is

              https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05381021

It uses Integrated Bluetooth 4.2 and Wireless LAN 802.11a/b/g/n/ac featuring Dual-band (2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz) 1 x 1 technology which is an Intel 3168 wifi adapter.

Please download and re-install Intel Bluetooth Driver:

or the old one (if the new one failed):

Hi Banhein,

Neither option works.. It's as if the computer is no longer detecting bluetooth capability at all after the recent updates.

Any suggestions from here?

Thanks!
