hello
ive been facing problems with bluetooth connectivity. i own a hp pavilion 15 gaming laptop. the main bluetooth switch to turn on or off is missing. have tried all the ways mentioned in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=80jH4d1T7jc&t=332s . please let me know on how to fix this

What is the model number on your laptop?
What is the product ID (not serial number)?
Please include that in your profile or post it as it is difficulty to find the problem without it.

I agree with @BeemerBiker: without more info he can't assist in troubleshooting.
