Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

My Bluetooth stopped working after the Win 10 update in the beginning of Feb 2018. I've tried to restore system, and it helped but then this update automatically reinstalled and my Bluetooth disappeared again.  Now I can't restore the system to that date as it's not available anymore.

Then I've tried to uninstall bluetooth drivers and install the older version but it also didn't help.

Currently I have restored the PC to the only available date in March.

I can see my Bluetooth in Device Manager with the comment:

"Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)"

Please tell me how can I fix this issue.

Thank you

Please try to

(a) Download the following software and save on your computer

     http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp77501-78000/sp77634.exe

(b) Uninstall Intel Bluetooth driver from Device manager and reboot machine,

(c) Install BT driver using downloaded file above.

Regards.

I have a similar problem and I have followed the same steps. But it doesn't work. I did not specifcially uninstall the Intel blutooth driver though because I can't even find it.

Hi Team,

My Bluetooth was working for couple of hours and then desappeared again.

The new status is "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"

What should I do in this case?

Thanks
