Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
- Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
- Have you made any hardware/software changes?
While you respond to that, let's try these steps:
Firstly, perform BIOS Defaults settings:
1) Shutdown the computer.
2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.
3) Press F10 once for BIOS.
4) Press F9 for BIOS defaults.
5) Press F10 to save and exit.
Next step, Perform Windows Update and HP Support Assistant:
To check for updates now, select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update, and select Check for updates.
Go to Download HP Support Assistant to install the tool.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

- Are you able to see Bluetooth device in device manager?
Let's try this workaround:
1. From the desktop screen, please press the Windows key, and the letter R
2. Type services.mcs, and click OK
3. Double click, Bluetooth Support Service
4. Make sure that the Startup type: is Automatic
5. Please click on Start if the option is available
6. Click Apply

I have change Bluetooth Support Service from manual to Automatic and Apply. But, I am so sorry, Bluetooth doesn 't go.
Ther is not the icon in Device Manager and also in the notification centre. All tests are good and every update good.
