Hi everybody.
I have a perfectly good and updated Windows 10 computer.
My computer works ok with wireless keyboards like Logitech and Microsoft.
However I desired a white color keyboard and when I saw one in the store - I bought it, even though it was very expensive.
My new HP C2710 wireless keyboard randomly misses keystrokes.
I replaced batteries, disconnected the wireless receiver, and then reconnected it to different USB ports on my computer, made sure Filter Keys is turned off and restarted my computer many times - but to no avail.
The HP wireless mouse works ok.
Thank you in advance,

@badProducts123 -- My new HP C2710 wireless keyboard randomly misses keystrokes.
Can you take it back to the store that sold it to you, and exchange it?
Or, contact HP Support, to exercise the HP Warranty on the keyboard, to get HP to repair/replace it, at HP's expense.

Thank you.
I live in Israel.
I took it back to the store that sold it to me but they refused to exchange it.
I failed to reach HP Israel so I can not contact HP Support, to exercise the HP Warranty on the keyboard.
I returned the entire white C2710 wireless set to:
Office Depot branch "Cinema City Rishon Lezion".
Please contact HP Israel on my behalf and ask them to take care of my product. I am afraid it will go lost on the way.
Also, please refer them to my post in this forum.
