Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I have an HP Pavilion a6500f running Windows 7 Home Premium.  I want to add bluetooth capability to the computer so that I can use  a bluetooth headphone for music.  I keep tangling up in the wired headphone!  Does anyone know if I can actually do this and what I need if I can?  Any help would be greatly appreciated since I am not the most computer literate person around.

Hi:

Yes, you can.

It is easy to add an external usb bluetooth adapter.

I use this one on my HP desktop PC. Works on W7 - W10 just fine.

Thank you very much Paul_Tikkanen!!!  It couldn't possibly get any easier on a computer illiterate than to just plug in a USB device!  I really appreciate the help and the link.
